Is my payment and information secure? 
Yes. Our site uses TLS 1.2 (Transport Layer Security, formerly “SSL”) for encryption and communicates with our processor with this secure method, the industry standard for data encryption and PICS credit card processing compliance.

What information do you keep?
We keep all order information on file. We do not keep on file any numbers associated with your credit card or bank account (including expiration date and CVV/CV2). That information is only collected for the payment transaction. We keep a transaction ID that we can use to reference the transaction back with the processor, but we do not keep your personal or business credit card or bank account information on our site or in our order management system.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What is this “coupon code?” How do I get a coupon?
We are using an industry standard online shopping cart for our payment system called “WooCommerce” that includes the coupon functionality. We do not, however, offer coupons to discount our furniture or merchandise beyond what was included on your quote.

Why aren’t your product prices listed?
We do not sell our furniture or services online. You will need to contact your Account Executive for that information. This site is strictly for credit card payment for invoice amounts, as agreed.

I’ve entered the price, but I keep getting an error message that says “Please enter a valid price.”
Be sure to only enter numbers in the amount to pay field. Be sure to remove any spaces or dollar signs. (Commas and periods are acceptable, in appropriate locations.)
